Registration Form

Please use this form to register for the Fibre Arts NZ Event at Whanganui Girls' College 20-26 April 2025. If you have issues with filling in the registration form, please email us at info@fibreartsnz.co.nz.

The fees for the workshops are as follows:

Accommodation single fully residential (workshops, tutor talks, accommodation and all meals) $1200

Non residential (workshop, tutor talks, meals (lunch, dinner) $950

 

To secure your place, you need to pay a non refundable administration fee of $NZ100. Once you submit the form, we will email you with details of how to pay.  You can pay the remainder of the fees in instalments or one payment.  The final payment is due by 14 February 2025.

Cancellation Policy - To cover costs associated with administering the event, we ask for a $100 non-refundable administration fee on registration. If a workshop is cancelled due to the unavailability of the tutor or lack of registrations, participants will be offered places in other workshops or a full refund of fees paid. If a participant cancels their registration before 10 February 2025, fees paid, less the $100 administration fee, will be refunded. If a participant cancels their registration between 10 February 2025 and 10 March 2025, 50% of fees paid will be refunded. If a participant cancels their registration after 10 March 2025, no refund will be made. If a pandemic, natural disaster or other major event beyond Fibre Arts NZ control makes it impossible for the event to continue and the event has to be cancelled we will do our best to refund fees once major commitments are met.
